The system covers key operational areas including Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Finance (FI) – ensuring seamless integration across the company’s entire value chain.
The implementation is planned over an 8-month period, ensuring rapid time-to-value without disrupting day-to-day operations.
